The Client instructs, and the Prep Center undertakes to carry out the following operations: 🔹Acceptance of the Client's goods to the warehouse; 🔹Sending goods to the Client; 🔹Unloading and loading operations, acceptance/delivery, storage, accounting of the Client's goods in units in which the goods were transferred for storage (pallets/boxes), taking into account the correct marking of goods by the Client; 🔹Other marking of the Client's goods, necessary for further shipment of the Client's goods; 🔹If necessary, rediscount of the goods of the Client at his request in accordance with the cost of the service agreed in advance. The prep center provides the above services on the basis of a written application of the Client and in accordance with the conditions and tariffs agreed in writing. Tariffs for the services of the Prep Center are agreed in writing upon receipt of an application for the service from the Client.
